1. Holistic Warm-up: Each session begins with a holistic warm-up, emphasizing body awareness, breathing and mental preparation for total immersion in contemporary dance.
2. Contemporary Dance Techniques: Participants will explore a variety of contemporary techniques, ranging from freedom of movement to technical precision, allowing everyone to express themselves authentically.
3. Guided Improvisation: Spark your creativity through guided improvisation sessions, promoting spontaneity and personal exploration in an encouraging environment.
4. Inspiring Choreographies: Learn unique choreographies created especially for this course, blending modern contemporary elements with expressive movements.
5. Sharing and Feedback Workshops: Participate in sharing and feedback sessions, promoting the exchange of ideas and artistic growth within the internship community.
