Instructions during your stay
Bed and Breakfast
Pour faire de votre séjour un moment agréable, prenez le temps de bien comprendre les attendus d'un séjour en chambres d'hôtes. Nous vous remercions pour votre implication à faire respecter ces instructions et nous vous souhaitons un excellent séjour à la maison !
1) You are staying with Geoffrey and Mickaël in a guest room on the first floor of the "NezSens Center". The guest room activity is governed by articles L. 324-3 and D. 324-13 of the Tourism Code and includes the provision of services: cleaning the room, providing breakfast and household linen as well as welcoming customers by the resident. This is a commercial service that is experienced as close as possible to the daily life of the hosts who welcome you and share their daily environment with you. You are warmly invited to respect the calm and cleanliness of these spaces.
2) Your rooms are your private spaces as well as the bathroom and toilets on the first floor. The hallway and stairs are shared with your guests. You do not have access to the second and last floor of the house which is a space dedicated to professional training and therapy activities. Access to the kitchen is not included in our offer unless requested in advance at specific times.
3) Breakfast is self-service until 11:30. A table will be set up for you with trays to serve yourself something for breakfast. Tea and coffee are available in the dedicated area near the fireplace on the ground floor. You can also have breakfast in your room or on the balcony if the weather permits. If there is no more room in the dishwasher, you can put your dishes in the kitchen sink.
4) Before leaving the premises, check that you have all your personal belongings. Please remember to turn off the radiators and lights. If you have been given a key, please leave it on the dining room table or in the key box if you have been given the code. When leaving, be sure to close the wooden shutter behind you. Your departure must be honored no later than noon sharp to free up the spaces and facilitate cleaning for the next rental.
5) After your stay, do not hesitate to share your experience with the Airbnb community if you booked through this channel or with our Google page if you booked directly on our website. Your testimony counts and matters to us.
